Description :
This quest is given by Charles Arker after you complete the In The Name of Prestige quest.
Enter the Wilderwood to search it by going up the stairs near Charles and into the trees a short way.
Approach the Rocky Dig, south-east of where you entered the woods. (98, 2, 116)
Enter Cliffdiver Canyon to search it. (249, -7, 103)
Continue through Cliffdiver Canyon to Wilderbear Vale where Laena's ghost will spawn and attack you. (267, 1, -52)
Kill her and she will drop a Parchment Scrap. You need to examine it.
Complete the quest The Tunarian Plot (below) before you return to Charles.
After this you must kill some Tunarian Protectors to find the missing pieces. Once you have them, examine them.
Next up you must kill a Tunarian Bearmaster for the remaining piece. Examine it once you obtain it.
You must then return this parchment to Charles Arker. He'll take it and ask you to meet him at the Nook at 126, 1.77, 32.
Finally he asks you to take it to the fire at the Outpost and burn it. This can be found at the bank at -8.46, -3.97, 117.20.
Return to Charles for your reward.
