This is the first quest in the gnome racial series. It is given by Neezer Grund at the docks in The Baubbleshire.
You must collect 10 pieces of Scrap Metal and bring them to Neezer. These are ground spawn items throughout The Baubbleshire.
Completing this quest opens up the Nogginspark Reactors quest.
