Click on the statue located at ( 102.00, 3.00, -456.00 ) in the big room where you got the previous quests.
Kill 10 Ikro kromise protectors. They can be found around the entrance to Drayek's Chamber ( -1, 60, -388 )
After completing it you receive coin and experience. You can then move to the round statue room and click on the big horn to initiate the Horn Sounds quest.
