Must have previously completed the quests, And Your Little Dog Too!, Conflict Among the Kobolds, Geobot, Finding Fulgation, Fulginations Tracks, Fulginations Folly, Watchman Fleep, Disruption of the Bloodhorn, Gnomeland Community Service, Gnomeland RandD, Fulgation Sightings, Research and Development and More Work, Clockwork Assessment Techometer, Get Them Steamed, New Efforts, The Spiritual Side of Engineering, Tap into the Power, Securing Future Livelihood, and Its All Necessary.
After you hail Klipp you will receive the Tera-Cog Phonulator and the Sympho-Recalibrator.
Use Tera-Cog Phonulator on Remmy Fulgation ( -780, 92, 1321 ) to make him talk. You may have to use mutliple times until you get an update.
- Use the TCP on him when he has sent away his guardian to get something.
- Be careful not to get too close to him as he will command the Slambot to throw you off the cliff.
Use Sympho-Recalibrator on Remmy Fulgation to alter his command.
Use Tera-Cog Phonulator on Remmy Fulgation to make him talk again.
- Slambot will kill Remmy Fulgation on this step.
- If you have multiple people doing the quest together only one can get credit and will have to wait for him to reset
After Remmy Fulgation gets killed by the Slambot, right-click or double-click his body to obtain Fulgation's Secrets.
Return to Klipp Plaxiphone for your reward. Congratulations you have completed this long intertwining string of quests!
