Must have previously completed the quest, And Your Little Dog Too!, Conflict Among the Kobolds, Geobot, Finding Fulgation, Fulginations Tracks and Fulginations Folly. This is quest 7 of 7 you'll receive from Watchman Plarg.
Watchman Plarg asks you to tell Watchman Fleep about Remmy's betrayal.
