Description :
Speak to Watchman Plarg ( -592, 129, 797 ) at the crossroads by the Mazkeen Lookout, just outside of the Greater Faydark zoneline. Must have previously completed the quest, And Your Little Dog Too!, Conflict Among the Kobolds, Geobot, and Finding Fulgation. This is quest 5 of 7 you'll receive from Watchman Plarg.
Search Raven Eye Spire ( -980, 166, 596 ) with the Negative-Charged NF-Specs
- Go to the top of the Spire with the Negative-Charged NF-Specs equipped.
- Right-click the skull that is bright orange on the ground & inspect it.
Kill Mazkeen kobolds until you get the plot coordinator (rare update).
Return to Watchman Plarg. Completing this quest opens up the quest, Fulgation's Folly.
