Speak to Watchman Plarg ( -592, 129, 797 ) at the crossroads by the Mazkeen Lookout, just outside of the Greater Faydark zoneline. Must have previously completed the quest, And Your Little Dog Too!, and Conflict Among the Kobolds. This is quest 3 of 7 you'll receive from Watchman Plarg.
Watchman Plarg asks you to get him a soil sample. You are given Geobot IX in your inventory to do the work for you.
Release Geobot IX near Anchorite Geyser ( -844, 130, 577 ) , NE of Mazkeen Crater.
Return to Watchman Plarg for your reward. Completing this quest opens up the quest, Finding Fulgation.
