Description :
Talk to Malkin X Daval, at the Evil-Aligned camp in Feerrott. ( -122.86,7.67,3.30 ). This is quest 4 of 6 in the Diplomacy quest series (Freeport). Must have previously completed the quests, Heart Experimentation, The Test, and Raise the Stakes.
Find the high priests of both sides of the conflict (Tae Ew and Rallosian). Malkin X'Daval thinks that if you go speak to the High Priests of both sides of the conflict, theyll tell you what they have planned for the other side.
High Priest of Thule is found at the head of the Anaconda River (-1200, 0, 600). Talk with him first, then kill him.
Kromok the Acolyte is found north of the Tower of Vul (-820, 2, 400). Talk with him first, then kill him.
Return to Malkin to receive your reward. Completing this quest opens up the quest, Hand of War.
