Speak with Lieutenant Kaneth next to the Commonlands Station ( -288, 0, 139 ). Must have completed the quest, Aiding the Militia, Haze Hunting, Marauding Murkblooms, and Lost in the Forest.
Receive A Letter From Lieutenant Kaneth after agreeing to go to the militia outpost at N'Mar's Ascent.
Deliver the letter to Sergeant Cornelius at the militia outpost at the top of N'Mar's Ascent.
Note: Take the griffin ride to get there the fastest.
Completing this quest opens up the quest, Retrieve the Supplies.
Note: Completing this quest gives positive faction with the Freeport Militia
