Description :
Must have previously completed the quests, Samples from the Fog Hills, Delivery to Prungo, Echoes of the Sareth'Tal, Samples With A Side Of Revenge, Recovery, A Necessary Component, and Additional Samples.
Talk to Philip Glaslow at (-409, 9, -74) in the Village of Somborn, Loping Plains. Philip's experiments are nearly complete. He needs you to travel to the cemetery in Somborn and find Dabner Falish's grave, where you must dig up a sample of the body and return it to Philip
Go to Falish's grave ( -457, 15, 70 ) in the graveyard in town.
Inspect it and Lord Falish will spawn.
Kill him and loot the Amulet of Lord Falish.
Return to Philip Glaslow for your reward. This is the last quest in this line, congrats!
