Must have previously completed the quests, Speckled Rattler Venom, Beetle Hides, Armadillo Hides, Orcs and Ghosts, Rainus, The Frenzy of the Bloodskulls, Bloodskull Initiation, Bloodskull Disruption, Captain Feralis-Quest 1, Filling the Coffers, Ventar TKal, Orcs of the Ree, An Acquisition,Gifts from the Earth, The Skeleton Key, Captain Feralis-Quest 2, Tecera Valnos, Broken Equipment and The Bloodskull Threat.
Speak with Tecera Valnos, north of the Hidden Canyon Station ( 420, -51, 363 )
Speak with Captain Feralis inside the tower at the Crossroads ( -428.00, -44.00, -280.00 )
Note: Completing this quest gives positive faction with The Freeport Militia.
