Speak to Rooleean Felodaan at the Spire Shadow Outpost ( -443, 124, 496 ). This is part 4 of 9 in the Signature Quest series for the Ivy-Shrouded Orb of Tunare. Must have completed the quests 'Corruption in the Faydark', 'Making It Manifest' and 'Acquiring the Second Fragment'.
Enter New Tunaria.
Kill Thurindor 65^^^. He will spawn when you get close to ( -388, 78, -50 ) (east of Thex Monument) if not already up and wandering around.
Return to Rooleean Felodaan ( -443, 124, 496 ) at the Spires Outpost in Greater Faydark. Completing this quest opens up the quest 'An Evening Jaunt'.
