Description :
Speak to Brother Lika outside the tower door ( 16.44, 33.70, -153.53 ). Must have completed the quests 'Improving Relations with the Locals' and 'The Stolen Tome'.
All of the history is provided in stories told by Master Long Shan who comes down from the tower to teach in the courtyard at 6:30am game time. Speak to Brother Lika and then wait for Master Long Shan in the courtyard. You may not return and begin the questions with Brother Lika unless you have listened to the history lesson at least one time. Note that Master Long Shan may not immediately give the history lesson when he begins to teach--you may have to wait awhile (e.g. until 1:15pm game time).
Answering any question incorrectly will fail the test and you must wait another 5 minutes before you are allowed to restart.
