Description :
Speak with Vess Al'Ishni at the docks. This is the second quest in the Erudite Racial Quest Series (Freeport). Must have completed the quest 'Erudite Alchemy'.
Speak with Sevri Il'Bethod who is standing next to the mailbox, outside the inn (2, 0, -36).
You receive Silver Tweezers in your inventory.
Target any Kerra and use the Silver Tweezers until you have collected 5 kerran hairs. Note: After you tweeze a Kerra he can be tweezed again after about one minute.
Return to Sevri Il'Bethod for your reward. Completing this quest opens up the quest 'Incantation Oration'.
