Speak with Vess Al'Ishni on the docks. This is the first quest in the Erudite racial quest series (Freeport).
Harvest 5 Fe'lein Herbs which grow scattered around in Stonestair Byway.
Grind the herbs in the pestle in the scribe shop (-48, 0, -62).
Return to Vess Al'Ishni for your reward. Completing this quest opens up the quest 'Tweezing Kerra'.
