Speak with Vornlin B'Vytyl at Wanderlust Fair in Neriak (240, -19, 7). Must have completed the quests 'Alakzaer the Missing', 'Wings of Fury' and 'Alakzaer's Task'.
Collect a Nightmarsh shroomling. To spawn these, kill any Nightmarsh shroom. Right-click the shroomling to collect it.
Return to Vornlin for your reward. Completing this quest opens up the quest 'A More Aggressive Method'.
