Description :
Speak to Brood Matron Vrim Malthyk ( 4.68,-4.67,79.69 ) in Scale Yard. Must have completed the quests 'A Puppy For Your Potions' and 'He Said, He Said'.
I must smash the ancient Shissar vase ( -13.87,0.27,61.31 ). No remnants of our former oppressors should be allowed to exist.
A Shissarian asp was hiding inside the vase. It must be killed!
I need to collect five skulls of fallen Iksar (Character Race). These are in random spots around the zone though out in the open.
I must place the skulls in the brazier ( -11.98,1.23,62.16 ) and set them ablaze. I saw a brazier in Vrim's quarters, up the stairs, northeast of the docks.
I need to take the shackles ( -10.51,0.27,59.64 ) off the wall.
I need to toss the shackles into the sea. I can do so at the docks. ( 1.47,-4.66,103.68 )
The ritual is complete. I must speak with Brood Matron Vrim Malthyk ( 4.68,-4.67,79.69 ).
Completing this quest opens up the quest 'Kill or Be Killed'.
