Description :
This is quest 10 in a Commonlands quest line. Must have previously completed the quests, Speckled Rattler Venom, Beetle Hides, Armadillo Hides, Orcs and Ghosts, Rainus, The Frenzy of the Bloodskulls, Bloodskull Initiation, Bloodskull Disruption, and Captain Feralis-Quest 1.
Speak with Captain Feralis, Commander of the Freeport Militia, within the tower at the Crossroads. (-432,-44,-280) Captain Feralis tasks you to collect taxes from residents of the ratonga village and the kerra village in Common Lands. These villages are a little way South (and a touch West) from the Crossroads - just follow the road south out of the Crossroads and it will lead you straight to the Ratonga Village. The Kerra Village is in sight across the river from there.
Collect Zaikik's taxes by inspecting the mailbox outside his house. (-251,-48,-14)
Collect Kadek's taxes by inspecting the mailbox outside his house. (-296,-47,-11)
Collect Mnemir's taxes.
- Inspect the mailbox outside Mnemir's house. (-256,-48,-30)
- Kick and punch Mnemir until he gives you the money (right-click options on him).
Collect Rootka's taxes.
- Hail Rootka and tell her that her taxes weren't all in her mailbox. (-269,-47,-1)
- Continue to speak with her to get the rest of her taxes.
Collect Maharai's taxes by inspecting the mailbox outside her house. (-196,-48,110)
Collect Leldwana's taxes
- Inspect the mailbox outside her house. (-200,-48,140)
- Hail her and tell her the money was not in the box.
Collect Entui's taxes by inspecting the mailbox outside his house. (-216,-48,130)
Return to Feralis. Completing this quest opens up the next quest, Ventar T'Kal.
Note: Completing this quest gives positive faction with The Freeport Militia.
