Description :
This quest is given by Emma Torque in the Caves after you have completed the A Lack of Information quest.
You must gather 15 powdered minerals from throughout the zone. These are random ground spawns and seem to spawn the most on the second floor.
Report to Emma after you have all 15 to open up the Destroying the Foundation quest.
Note: Completing this quest gives positive Qeynos Guard Faction
