5 Fish Eggs - Coldwind Barracuda or Coldwind Pike
5 Diatomaceous Sand - Sand Covered or Darkclaw Crabs
5 Seeds - Antonican Mammals
After you have obtained these return to her for coin and experience. This will open up part II of the quest, which gives a better reward.
