This quest is given in the Feir'Dal language. You can buy the primer for this language on the quest giver.
Scribe Salinia Broklily in The Willow Wood will reward you if you can kill 8 scavengers in the Peat Bog to bring balance to the nature there.
Any type of scavenger will do. After killing them you are rewarded with coin and experience and the quest ends. You do not need to return to Salnia.
