XP mod in the rules is set at 25.. I am guessing this should have been 2.5, but the patcher resets it on my server when I restart the server.

This is WAI (Working As Intended)currently for us. We need to move quickly to catch bug reports. If we set the EXP too low for the 1st-bit players will play level to 5/6 and quit.

With the faster leveling, we can get players moving through content at a quicker pace and collect bugs faster.

Today I'll add variables table to the partial update option. That should prevent this from happening.
