Resolved this. Just a mismatch of quest IDs within the LUA script. Updated Dawson's entire line of 6 quests to the proper ID. Needs testing, but will post back once I run through them all to insure it's going well.

EDIT: worked with Dev to finalize this one. Mark as complete.
