The queen's colony tradeskill instance has no exist stairs, just a bottomless void that you can fall into and never get out of%2E At least, I haven't figured out how to get out of it%2E

This should be fixed when I pull in from upstream. Holding off a couple of days waiting for some changes to get synced both ways.
