These spells cannot be cast on other players (running list):
Brainshock
Medusa Gaze
Mesmerize
Forced Hesitation
Simple Minds

Everything works, only left concern is Simple Minds for an AE group, right now it is only going to work with single target.

Need to setup a group to test at some point
